The symptoms of fibromyalgia are:
- aching, stiffness and tiredness of muscles.Pain can be worst after rest,first thing in the morning.

- problems with concetration and memory
- stomach pain
There is no cure for fibromyalgia.
The best thing to do stay active,balance activity and rest,learn to listen to your body.
Weather changes, hard physical labour, mental stress, infections and allergies can aggravate fibromyalgia.
